If there’s ever a time to give her a go, it’s today.
She wasn’t disgraced in a couple of her novice hurdle efforts, and ran her best race to date over this C&D when third to Chanceux here last November (fourth home Camembert Electric a winner since, and opposes here on the same terms). She was on the retreat when falling on her handicap debut at Leicester but had pulled hard and wasn’t being disgraced, and there’s a ready excuse for a pulled-up effort at Exeter a fortnight ago as the stirrup leather snapped after jumping the first.
Essentially she’s not really had a chance to show what she can do under the right set of conditions, but we feel today’s ground looks far more suitable and given she’s got form that ties her in with the favourite today, at 33s and bigger we simply have to have a bet.
